Returned Goods Policy

  • A 15% re-stocking fee applies.
  • Contact your Customer Service Representative by telephone with the following information:
  •      a. Description of goods.
         b. Invoice number on which goods were purchased.
         c. Reason for wanting to return goods.

  • The Customer Service Representative will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for the return. In some cases Customer Service will have your Diamond Vantage Sales Representative contact you to assist in returning goods.

  • Only authorized shipments, meeting the following conditions, will be accepted:
  •      a. All returns must be made to Irvine, CA, freight prepaid at the distributor’s or user’s expense.
         b. Collect shipments will be refused unless authorized in writing by the Customer Service                          Represetative.
